We are committed to safeguarding the personal information we obtain about you and that you provide to us.  The following Privacy Policy describes AIO’s policies concerning the use of personal information of all users collected and/or who apply for or receive our products and services.  The provisions of this notice apply to both current and past customers.

 

Purpose of this Privacy Policy:

This privacy policy describes how AIO treats the personally identifiable information that is collected about you when: (1) you visit the www.aio.ag / www.aiogrow.com website(s), (2) you apply for an agreement and/or contract, (3) you maintain an agreement and/or contract, (4) you apply for or receive our products and services, and/or (5) you attend an event hosted by AIO.

 

This privacy policy also describes our treatment of personally identifiable information about you that our business partners may share with us.


What is Personally Identifiable Information?

“Personally identifiable information” is information that we can use to identify you as an individual. Personally identifiable information includes:

  • Information about you, including your name, address, telephone number, Social Security number, date of birth, occupation, assets, income, and any other information that is connected with your identity;

  • Information about your transactions with AIO and/or with its Grain Dealer partner(s) and affiliates;

  • Information you provide to AIO and/or its Grain Dealer partner(s) on applications and other forms;

  • Information you provide to AIO and/or its Grain Dealer partner(s) to verify your identity (such as a passport, drivers license, or state ID), or received from other entities not affiliated with AIO;

  • Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies (such as your credit history and creditworthiness), and other entities not affiliated with AIO.


Why and How We Collect Personally Identifiable Information?

When you apply for and/or maintain an agreement with AIO and/or a contract with its Grain Dealer partner(s), we collect personal information about you for business purposes, such as evaluating your hedging needs and financial needs, processing your requests and transactions, informing you about products and services that may be of interest to you, and/or providing customer service.

 

Information This Privacy Policy Does Not Apply to:

This privacy policy does not apply to information collected about you by anyone except AIO Ag, LLC.  Any information you provide when you visit websites other than www.aio.ag / www.aiogrow.com or when you purchase any products or services that may be offered or advertised on www.aio.ag / www.aiogrow.com by companies other than AIO is subject to the privacy policies of the third-party organizations that run and/or own these websites.


Information From Third-Party Sources:

AIO may on occasion combine information we receive online with information we have obtained through third-party sources to enhance our ability to market those products or services that may be of interest to you.


Website Usage Information:

AIO automatically collects IP addresses and website usage information from you when you visit the www.aio.ag / www.aiogrow.com website(s). This information helps us evaluate how our users navigate and use our website.

  • we have a joint marketing agreement, such as agreements to market services or products that we jointly offer, endorse, or sponsor with grain dealers or companies providing hedging services (e.g. advisers, Grain Dealers, FCMs, brokers, trust companies, and banks);

  • we have companies under contract to perform services for us or on our behalf (e.g. Grain Dealers, accountants, vendors for transaction confirms, data processing, computer software maintenance and/or development, cybersecurity, transaction processing, and marketing services);

  • we need to protect our legal rights (for example, if we are trying to collect the money you owe us or we are trying to enforce our agreements with you);

  • we must comply with applicable laws to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities. These parties include government/regulatory organizations, such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), as well as any of the regulatory organizations and states we are registered with and to parties under a court order or subpoena that request this information.

 

Companies, Individuals, and Third-Parties in contract with us and/or acting on our behalf are required to keep your personal information confidential.

 

Aggregate information is information that we (or third-party service providers on our behalf) collect about AIO Ag, LLC website users on an anonymous basis. We may share aggregated demographic and usage information with our prospective and actual business partners, advertisers, and other third parties.

 

Information You Provide to Payment Processors:
All payments made to AIO are processed by a PCI/DSS-compliant payment processing service engaged by AIO. All information collected by these third-party providers for purposes of processing your payments is not available to us, unless you have otherwise provided this information to us.
 

Children:
AIO’s sites are not directed to children under the age of 13. The company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable data from persons under the age of 13. If you are a parent of a child under 13, and you believe that your child has provided us with information about him or herself, please contact us via email at privacy@aio.ag.


Accessing and Reviewing Your Personal Information:

We endeavor to keep our customer files complete and accurate. We will give you reasonable access to the information we have about you. Most of this information is contained in hedging statements that you receive from us and applications that you submit to obtain our products and services. We encourage you to review this information and notify us if you believe any information should be corrected or updated. If you have a question or concern about your personal information or this privacy policy, please contact your AIO representative.


Cookies:

“Cookies” are small amounts of data that a website can send to your web browser and store on your computer. Cookies are created at a web server, sent back to the browser, and requested to be stored by the browser. If the browser agrees to store them, the browser will send them back to the web server each time a request is sent to the webserver. Cookies can be regularly deleted or disabled. However, this may affect the interaction with the webserver, and you may be required to log in again and you may not be able to use the website. Cookies do not contain personal information about you (unless you knowingly provide it). Security:

We employ physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. When you use one of our products or services, you may be issued a unique identification number with the respective Grain Dealer. You may also receive a unique User ID and a password for an app and/or website, if applicable. Only a limited number of AIO Ag, LLC representatives who have a need-to-know this information will have access to it on a need-to-know basis.

 

Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your information, User ID, and password. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose this information to anyone. In addition to our security measures, you can also take steps to maximize your security online and to protect your confidential information. First and foremost, don’t choose a trivial password and don’t post it on your computer. Don’t use a public computer unless you can verify that it’s not capturing keystrokes and that you can erase all of your information from it once you’ve finished.

 

Changes to Privacy Policy:

AIO Ag, LLC may change this policy from time to time without notice. Any changes to this policy will be promptly posted on this website (www.aio.ag / www.aiogrow.com) so we encourage you to refer back to this policy each time that you visit. Monitoring and Recording of Communications Notice:

AIO Ag, LLC records and monitors phone calls, emails, instant messaging, and other means of communication lines internally.  Internal supervisory monitoring, recording, and recordkeeping of communications play an important role in ensuring effective customer service and consumer protection.  Information obtained as a result of AIO’s monitoring and recording of communications program is kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties unless otherwise required by law and/or by a regulatory agency.  By contacting AIO via phone, email, instant messaging, or similar, you consent to AIO’s ability to record and monitor your correspondence with AIO internally.


Risk and Disclosure Information:

The products and services offered by AIO Ag, LLC inherently have risk and no warranty against loss can be provided. All cash contract holders are responsible for understanding the systems, products, and limitations of cash grain hedging. System response and access times may vary due to a variety of factors, including trading volumes, market volatility, system performance, and other factors. Customers should consider all risk factors including their personal financial situation before creating a cash contract with a Grain Dealer. This is NOT an offer to buy or sell any derivative. Trading over-the-counter and/or exchange-traded derivatives is not suitable for all investors and involves substantial risk. AIO Ag, LLC (“AIO”), is an agricultural consulting firm and grain marketing advisor that works with agricultural producers, commercial entities, and market participants. AIO’s services are intended specifically for participants involved with physical commodities. AIO partners with merchant services groups and/or grain dealers (“Vendors”) to offer some of its services. Through its Vendor relationships, AIO trades in a variety of physical commodities, and offers services to help customers manage the risks associated with their physical product. The material and content contained herein does not create a binding obligation on AIO, its Vendors, or any affiliates of AIO and/or its Vendors, to enter into a derivative.
